Steps to Make a Delicious Plate of Pad Thai:

1. Prepare Pad Thai Sauce:
Ingredients: palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice, and a bit of water.

  • Heat a pot and melt the palm sugar.
  • Add a little water to fully dissolve the sugar.
  • Add tamarind juice and fish sauce, then adjust the taste to suit your preference.

2. Cooking Steps:

  • Blanch the Mr. Rice Pad Thai noodles in boiling water. Don’t overcook – they should remain firm. Drain well.
  • Lightly crush some roasted peanuts.
  • Prepare fresh shrimp.
  • Use a bit of dried shrimp, tofu, 2 eggs, garlic chives, bean sprouts, chili powder, lime, shallots, and garlic.
  • Cut tofu into strips or cubes and lightly fry.
  • Cut a slit along the back of the fresh shrimp and sauté them with some shallots and garlic, add a little prepared sauce. Once the shrimp is just cooked, remove and set aside.
  • In a pan, sauté shallots and garlic, then add dried shrimp and tofu, stir well, then add the pre-boiled Mr. Rice Pad Thai noodles.
  • Stir and pour in the sauce. Mix well until the noodles absorb the flavor.
  • Add the cooked shrimp back in.
  • Then toss in chopped garlic chives and bean sprouts, stir-fry together for about 1 minute.
  • Add a bit of chili powder, mix well, and turn off the heat.
  • Serve on a plate with a slice of lime and a sprinkle of peanuts. Garnish with chili powder, garlic chives, and fresh bean sprouts for a more appetizing look.
