It’s intentionally thicker than regular coconut milk for cooking, binds beautifully to the other ingredients and tastes great. It is suitable for use in both cold and hot kitchens. Ideal for making soups, sauces, curries, smoothies, ice cream, coffee or smoothies.

Where do our coconuts come from?

Our coconuts come from our own organic farm in the Ben Tre region of Vietnam, located in the Mekong Delta. The local unique natural conditions create an ideal environment to grow the highest quality coconuts. No industrial fertilizers or chemical pesticides are used on the farm.

Ingredients: coconut extract 89%, water, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polysorbate 60 and xanthan gum.

Storage: 3°C to 25°C.  Store in a cool, dry place.
